Signature Litigation

Signature Litigation is a disputes-only law firm. It acts in high-value commercial litigation, in international arbitration and in investigations and white-collar crime, for clients across several sectors and jurisdictions. It is headquartered in London and has offices in Paris, Frankfurt and Gibraltar, the last opened in 2017.

Senior lawyers founded the firm in London in 2012. Kevin Munslow is chief executive, and Graham Huntley is a founding partner. Chambers lists 26 partners and 32 other fee earners in the firm’s London practice.

Growth in the group accounts

Group turnover rose from £23.2m to £26.4m in the year to 31 March 2025, an increase of 14%, according to Signature Litigation LLP’s consolidated accounts at Companies House. Operating profit rose from £10.7m to £11.3m. The average number of people employed by the group, including members with employment contracts, grew from 68 to 73, split almost evenly between fee earners and administrative staff.

Companies House shows no person with significant control and no corporate parent: the firm is owned by its partners.

Ranked against much larger firms

In Chambers UK 2026 the firm is ranked in Band 1 for dispute resolution specialist firms across the country, Band 2 for claimant banking litigation, Band 3 for civil fraud and for commercial and corporate litigation in London, and Band 5 for commercial arbitration. Chambers lists it as a leading firm for 2026. The firm says it is recognized in the top tiers of Chambers and The Legal 500 in commercial litigation, international arbitration, civil fraud and asset tracing, banking and financial markets litigation, product liability and insurance litigation.

Signature was shortlisted for Disputes Team of the Year at the Legal Business Awards 2026. It says it has been shortlisted for, and has won, Law Firm of the Year awards from The Lawyer, Legal Business and the British Legal Awards.

For companies and individuals facing large claims, fraud or regulatory investigations, it offers a firm that handles only disputes, across four jurisdictions. It reported turnover of £26,376,576 for the year to March 2025.
