Louise Mahrra has been marketing director of CloudClevr, a private equity-backed UK provider of managed IT, security, connectivity and communications services, since March 2026. She brings more than 20 years in senior technology marketing, with roles at Cisco, CAE, CloudInteract, Logicalis and Core Technology Systems. In 2025, while at Cisco, she won Executive Mentor of the Year (vendor/distributor) at CRN’s Women & Diversity in Channel Awards. She is new to the seat rather than to the industry.

Joining after the integration

CloudClevr was built largely from four acquisitions: NGC Networks, 4Sight Communications, Bamboo Technology Group and Twisted Fish IT. It says it spent 18 months integrating them into one brand, operating model and national team, and that revenue grew 146% in FY25. The business is backed by Rigby Technology Investments and has long-term funding from NatWest.

“As we exit FY26, we’re in a much stronger, more disciplined position,” chief executive Steve Harris said in April, as reported by Technology Reseller, pointing to recurring revenue, customer retention and bookings momentum as the areas that had improved. Mahrra’s remit is demand generation and go-to-market strategy. When she was appointed, she said her focus was on “ensuring marketing is fully connected to revenue outcomes”.

Back in the M&A market

In April CloudClevr said it was re-entering the M&A market. On 1 September 2026 it bought Flow AI, a document services and business process automation provider, from SCC, adding about £8m of revenue and around 90 staff to form a new digital transformation practice. Flow AI will run as a separate legal entity at first and be integrated in phases. Mahrra was the media contact for the deal, and her team now has a fifth business to fold into the CloudClevr story.

Why it matters to the channel

Private equity-backed buy-and-build is a common route to consolidation among UK MSPs, and marketing is where a roll-up either becomes one proposition or stays a collection of logos. Mahrra is shortlisted in three categories at CRN’s 2026 Women & Diversity in Channel Awards, including executive mentor and marketing employee of the year.

Mahrra brings two decades of vendor and partner marketing to a group now built from five businesses, with a brief to give it one brand and one pipeline.
