Natalie Noor has run Lenovo’s UK and Ireland channel and small business sales since 2022, when she started as SMB and channel director, as CRN UK recorded that November. Her title is now UK&I channel and SME director. She covers the resellers, distributors and service providers that sell Lenovo’s PCs, servers and services to business customers.

Rewards for the people who sell

Her most visible program move in the past year was aimed at partner staff rather than partner owners. In August 2025 Lenovo relaunched the Lenovo 360 Expert Achievers Programme (LEAP), which rewards partners’ sales and support staff for selling eligible Lenovo products and completing Lenovo 360 training. Points convert into gift cards and prepaid Mastercard top-ups, and a quarterly prize draw that ran to March 2026 offered tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026, where Lenovo was official technology partner.

In April 2026 Lenovo went further across its whole Lenovo 360 framework. It cut partner tiers to Authorized, Gold and Platinum, launched a services pathway and extended its MSP pathway to the UK and Ireland from 1 April. Lenovo says the MSP pathway has engaged thousands of partners worldwide and is on track to pass $100m (£75m) in revenue by the end of the year.

A straight answer on AI PCs

Noor has been candid about where AI is and isn’t selling. “On the PC side, AI has not yet had a significant impact on sales,” she told MicroScope in December 2025. PC demand came instead from Windows 11 migration and Covid-era refresh cycles. She was more upbeat on infrastructure, pointing to public cloud and large neocloud deals, and said the enterprise AI opportunity “has taken longer than expected to materialise” but was gaining traction.

Her 2026 priority, she said, was helping partners move “from transactional to outcome-based selling”, backed by investment in AI skills and in managed and professional services.

Why it matters to the channel

Lenovo’s numbers have since turned sharply upward. Group revenue rose 43% to $26.9bn (£20.2bn) in the quarter to June 2026, the strongest quarter in its history, and AI-related revenue grew 60% to $9.3bn, according to its first-quarter results. Infrastructure revenue nearly doubled, and PC and smart device revenue rose almost 30%.

The leadership above Noor has also changed. Andy Rhodes joined from HP as general manager for the UK and Ireland in February 2026.

Noor runs the channel of a vendor growing faster than at any point in five years, and she has been plain with partners about where AI demand is and isn’t. That candor is useful to partners planning stock and services. With the MSP and services pathways now open in the UK, she is taking Lenovo’s channel toward recurring services revenue.
