Ross Teague founded Nebula Global Services in April 2020 and has been its chief executive since. The Wokingham-based company describes itself as a global IT channel services provider: it sells field engineering, professional and managed services to MSPs, resellers, distributors, vendors and telcos that need work done where they have no staff of their own. Nebula says it delivers in more than 170 countries. Teague, who holds more than 75% of the shares according to Companies House, previously founded ITEC Intelligent Services in 2006, which Exclusive Networks bought in December 2014.

Adding vendors and a services chief

Nebula has spent 2026 adding vendor relationships. In February it partnered with Meter, the subscription networking vendor, and in March it became the first global services partner for Netos, which sells financial operations (FinOps) software for IT networks. In June it hired Scott Lynn, most recently a leader at channel services provider Agilitas, as global services director. “As we continue to scale globally, it’s critical that our services organisation evolves at the same pace,” Teague said.

It has also tried to make sustainability a sales tool. Its Impact Rewards program gives partners a 2% carbon credit, a 2% social impact credit or a 2% services credit on eligible contract renewals, aimed at buyers that score environmental, social and governance performance in tenders. Nebula says it was named Channel Services Provider of the Year – Technical at the CRN UK Channel Awards in both 2024 and 2025.

Why it matters to the channel

As MSPs and resellers follow customers abroad, they can build overseas field capability, buy it from a distributor’s services arm or rent it from a channel services specialist such as Nebula.

Teague has built Nebula into a recognized name in channel services in six years, with a delivery network the company says reaches more than 170 countries.
