Nebius raises on-demand GPU prices from 1 October
The neocloud’s published price list lifts H100, H200, B200 and B300 hourly rates by 17–21%, and partners reselling AI compute are likely to need to rebase their quotes

Partners that broker or resell Nebius capacity look likely to take a margin hit on any fixed-price AI project quoted at September rates, and dollar billing adds currency risk for UK resellers. The 35% commitment discount now looks like the main lever for protecting margin, which favors partners whose customers can commit for months. If more neoclouds follow CoreWeave and Nebius, the pitch of cheap GPU hours as an alternative to the hyperscalers is likely to weaken.
Nebius will charge more for on-demand graphics processing unit (GPU) capacity from 1 October 2026, according to the price list on its website. An Nvidia HGX H100 instance rises from $3.85 (£2.91) to $4.50 (£3.40) per GPU-hour, and an HGX B300 from $7.85 (£5.93) to $9.50 (£7.17).
The rest of the HGX range moves the same way. H200 goes from $4.50 to $5.40 (£4.08) and B200 from $7.15 (£5.40) to $8.50 (£6.42). On the page’s own figures, the four rises run from 17% to 21%. Central processing unit (CPU) instances go up too, with AMD Epyc Genoa starting at $0.13 (£0.10) an hour instead of $0.10. RTX Pro 6000 and L40S prices are unchanged, and the rack-scale GB300 and GB200 NVL72 systems remain price on request.
Silicon UK, which reported the change on 18 September, said it is the company’s second rise in three months, taking B300 pricing up a cumulative 56%, and that memory offerings will rise by 41%. Silicon UK also reported that CoreWeave had said the same day that it was signing new contracts at higher prices. The Nebius page still offers up to 35% off on-demand rates for large clusters reserved for several months.
